In late June, Vulcan Coalition’s proudly stepped onto the international stage at SEED Inclusivity & Demo Day 2025 , held in Bangalore, India. As a mission-driven organization championing inclusive innovation, our team participated in this regional program alongside inspiring changemakers from across the Asia-Pacific. The week-long program, organized by Seedstars and supported by the Visa Foundation, was a powerful platform to share, learn, and grow.
June 25 – Project Showcase
On the first day, all participating teams presented the progress and key outcomes of their projects after six months of incubation. Vulcan Coalition shared our journey of building AI-powered inclusive solutions, highlighting the real-world impact they’ve made for people with disabilities in Thailand. We received insightful feedback from expert mentors, opening up new perspectives and ideas for future growth.
June 26 – Tailored Consulting Bootcamp
Day two featured an intensive, tailored consulting bootcamp for each team. Our representatives joined a series of workshops and one-on-one sessions with expert mentors specializing in business and disability-inclusive innovation. Together, we revisited our project goals, business model, and operational strategies. Experts guided us through essential questions such as, “Who is our target audience?” and “What is the value proposition of our project?” The bootcamp helped sharpen our strategic plan and prepared us for the investor pitch the next day. We also gained key insights into Investment Readiness , including financial modeling and pitch training. It was a day full of rigorous learning that strengthened our confidence and strategic direction.
June 27 – Demo Day & Networking
The final day marked the highlight of the event: SEED Inclusivity Demo Day at the Seedstars Villa Bangalore. Fifteen entrepreneurial teams from across the Asia-Pacific region presented their businesses and innovations to an audience of investors, public and private sector organizations, and social innovation supporters. The atmosphere was filled with energy and inspiration. One of the highlights was the presentation of “Etnos” by Mind – Thitiporn Prawatisrichai, Head of Community at Vulcan Coalition. On this international stage, we shared our vision for how Etnos can bring about meaningful change in the lives of people with disabilities. The pitch was well-received, drawing interest and positive feedback from the audience in the ballroom. This moment not only communicated our commitment to driving social innovation, but also brought pride to our team and all stakeholders involved.
After the presentations, a Networking Reception provided a valuable opportunity for all attendees to connect, exchange ideas, and build relationships with fellow entrepreneurs and investors from around the world. We engaged in meaningful conversations with investors interested in our project, as well as partner organizations in tech and social development. Meeting like-minded individuals and organizations ignited ideas for future collaborations and expanded Vulcan Coalition’s international network.
The Value Gained and Our Next Steps
Our participation in this event brought invaluable invaluable experiences and numerous opportunities that will support our growth as a social enterprise, including:
- An expanded global network: We established new relationships with experts and partners at both regional and international levels who are ready to support our mission going forward.
- Collaboration and project development: Engaging with other organizations sparked ideas for potential collaborations and improvements to our Etnos project and other initiatives.
- Team capacity building: The knowledge and advice from mentors and experts significantly enhanced our team’s skills and strategic outlook—whether in planning, pitching, or sustaining a social business.
This marks another important milestone for Vulcan Coalition’s in demonstrating our capabilities on the global stage and reinforcing our role as a leader in Inclusive AI from Thailand. We return home inspired and more determined than ever to apply what we’ve learned and continue creating positive Social impact. We would like to sincerely thank the SEED Inclusivity Program, Seedstarsand Visa Foundation for their support and belief in our potential to help build a world where everyone has equal access to opportunities.
